京津冀城镇群协调发展规划:回顾与展望

摘　　要：在京津冀区域协调发展获得各级政府高度关注的背景下,在对2006年至2008年编制批复的《京津冀城镇群协调发展规划(2008-2020)》进行技术要点回顾的基础上,结合近年来在京津冀地区开展的多项规划实践,进一步审视京津冀城镇群发展所面临的问题与挑战,并与《京津冀城镇群协调发展规划(2008-2020)》的研究结论相互印证,最终对未来新一轮京津冀区域规划提出若干技术建议。Governments at all levels have paid great attention to a coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.In this context,this paper reviews main technical points of the Plan for the Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region （2008-2020） drafted and authorized from 2006 to 2008.Then on the basis of planning practices carried out in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region in the past few years,the paper analyzes problems and challenges the Region faces.The analytical results are compared with the conclusions made by studying the Plan for the Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region （2008 -2020）.In the end,the paper proposes suggestions for compiling a new plan for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.
