复方黄柏液联合氯雷他定糖浆治疗小儿湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察复方黄柏液联合氯雷他定糖浆治疗小儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将152例湿疹患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组76例患儿。治疗组患儿给予氯雷他定糖浆口服，急性湿疹有渗出糜烂者用复方黄柏液冷湿敷；亚急性湿疹，结痂肥厚者直接外搽；对照组患儿给予氯雷他定糖浆口服，急性湿疹有渗出糜烂者用2%-3%硼酸溶液冷湿敷患处；亚急性湿疹，结痂肥厚者用硼酸氧化锌软膏外搽。比较两组疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组和对照组患儿分别为88.16%、61.84%，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论：复方黄柏液联合氯雷他定糖浆治疗小儿湿疹疗效好，不良反应小，值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of compound Huangbai liquid and Loratadine syrup in treatment of infantile eczema. Methods：152 cases of eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 76 cases in treatment group o-rally took Loratadine syrup oral： acute eczema patients with exudation erosion were treated by wet and cold liquid of compound Huang-bai; those with subacute eczema and scabs hypertrophy were coated with compound Huangbai liquid directly. 76 cases in control group orally took Loratadine syrup： the acute eczema patients with exudation erosion were treated by wet and cold 2% -3% boric acid solution on skin; those with subacute eczema and scabs hypertrophy were coated with zinc oxide ointment. The efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 88. 16% and 61. 84% , respectively, and the difference was significant （P＆lt;0. 01）. Conclusions： Compound Huangbai liquid and Loratadine syrup in the treatment of infantile ecze-ma can get a good efficacy, reduce side effects, and be worthy of clinical application.
