摘 要:为了辨识调速阀的工作状态,文章建立了调速阀不同工作状态采集信号的时间序列AR模型,绘制了AR三谱及其切片谱图,分析了调速阀正常工作状态与不同故障状态下的动力学性能变化,分析了各切片谱的关联维数变化。分析结果表明,三谱及其切片谱能直观反映调速阀的不同工作状态变化,适合用于调速阀的故障诊断,各切片谱及其关联维数在反映系统动力学特性方面存在对应关系,适合于调速阀的定量和定性相结合的故障诊断分析。In order to identify the working state of the speed-regulating valve ,the time series autoregressive (AR) model of the vibration signal for speed-regulating valve in different states is established . The AR trispectrum and their slice spectra are draw n ,the dynamic performance change of the speed-regulating valve in normal and fault working states is analyzed ,and the correlation dimension change of each slice spectrum is an-alyzed .The result shows that AR trispectrum and their slice spectra can directly reflect the changes of the speed-regulating valve in different working states ,which are suitable for the fault diagnosis of the speed-regu-lating valve .There is corresponding relationship between each slice spectrum and correlation dimension in re-flecting dynamic characteristics of system ,which is suitable for fault diagnosis and analysis of speed-regulating valve in combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis .
