摘  要:对装载机驾驶室技术特点进行分析,指出装载机驾驶室的外观将会逐渐由方正线条、单一轮廓向多线条、曲面造型方向发展。具体表现在:伴随着造型的改变,汽车钣金类部件将会被大规模应用;模具成形异型管在驾驶室上的应用普及,使得驾驶室骨架与多曲面外观融合为一体;驾驶室内部布置不断提升,驾驶室玻璃、锁具、内饰及方向杆(盘)等的设计普遍应用人机工程学等方面。The text through analysis of tech features in loader operator's cab put forth a development orientation of the cab design,i.e.from linear square in single profile towards multi-linear curved section shape that along with cab mould upgradability sheet components normally for the car would turn to be sophisticated and applied to the working machines in a large scale.Various sectioned tubes are commonly used through the cab that has made the frame mixed up with the multi-curve outlook of the cab.Besides,upgradeability inside the cab has been widely adopted in man-machine engineering theory,in areas of window-plane,lock devices,inner decoration,steering shaft/wheel,and others.
