摘  要:为提高齿形误差在线检测自动跟踪测量的精度和效率,基于圆弧插值法的测量原理,提出齿形误差的曲率自适应跟踪在线测量方法。通过测量探头以不同速率扫描被测齿轮齿面,获得齿面的三维坐标值,然后通过程序调用MATLAB处理这些坐标值得到渐开线圆柱齿轮齿形偏差。比较了测量探头不同测量速率对误差结果的影响,并在机床上对此方法的有效性进行模拟验证。结果表明,该方法可使采集的数据点分布合理、测量点精度高,数据处理容易实现且测量效率高。In order to improve the precision and efficiency of tooth profile error online measurement of automatic tracking measurement,based on the principle of measurement of the circular arc interpolation method,the adaptive tracking in the curvature of tooth profile error online measuring method was put forward. By measuring probe with different scanning velocity measured gears tooth surface,the three dimensional (3-D)coordinates were obtained,and then through the program calls MATLAB to deal with these coordinates,the involute cylindrical gear tooth profile deviation were obtained. The effects of different probe measurement rate on the result of error were compared,and on machine measurement were carried out to verify the effectiveness of this method. Results show that the method can make the distribution of collected data point reasonable,measurement point with high precision,and data processing easy to realize with high measuring efficiency.
