摘 要:简单介绍了TBM刀盘脱困装置的基本结构和工作原理,重点阐述了脱困装置的重要设备—液体黏性离合器的关键参数对TBM刀盘脱困过程的影响,并通过仿真对脱困过程中脱困扭矩与转速的关系、扭矩与液体黏性离合器的油膜厚度、油膜厚度与控制压力的关系进行了分析。结果表明,所选择的TBM刀盘脱困驱动装置能大幅提高刀盘的输出扭矩,通过控制油缸活塞的位移实现对液体黏性离合器油膜厚度的控制,从而控制刀盘输出扭矩的范围,并能有效防止摩擦片直接接触造成摩擦片的破坏。The basic structure and working principle of Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM)cutter-head breakout driver system were introduced. The influences of the key parameters of the hydro-viscous speed clutch,an important device of TBM cutter-head driver on the breakout process,were expounded. Through simulation,the relationship between the breakout torque and speed,torque and oil film thickness of hydro-viscous speed clutch,oil film thickness and control pressure during the breakout process were analyzed. The results indicate that the TBM breakout driving device can improve the output torque of the cutter-head greatly. The oil film thickness of the hydro-viscous speed clutch can be adjusted by control the displacement of the cylinder. Therefore,the range of output torque of the cutter-head driver system can be regulated accordingly. Additionally,the damage caused by the direct contact of the friction plates of the hydro-viscous speed clutch can be avoided effectively.
