摘 要:磁性齿轮复合电机无论是机械结构还是磁路结构,均比普通永磁同步电机复杂,如何高效准确地计算出铁损耗,对该类电机的设计与优化具有重要的意义。该文设计制造了一台磁性齿轮复合电机样机,并采用有限元时步法进行了详细计算。在此基础上,通过对每一个铁心单元的磁密变化进行分析,计算了该复合电机的铁损耗计算。在计算磁滞损耗时,应用通常用于机械应力应变迟滞计算的雨流计数法,快速统计出构成局部磁滞回环的峰谷点,从而计算出局部磁滞损耗。最后通过两个试验步骤,把电机的铁损耗从空载损耗中分离出来,所得的试验结果验证了所述方法的有效性。Magnetic geared motors(MGM) have much more complicated structures and magnetic circuits than common permanent magnet sychronous motors. Effective analysis of iron losses becomes very important to design and optimize this kind of machines. A magnetic geared motor was designed and analyzed using time stepping finite element method. Iron losses including minor hysteresis losses were calculated through analyzing the history of inductions in each element. The rain flow counting algorithm(RFCA), which is usually empolyed to estimate mechanical stress and endurance, was used to count the amplitudes of closed minor loops. A two-stage no-load test was carried out and the iron losses were seperated from no lod losses. The experimental and calculated results were compared, which verified the corrective of the proposed method..
