摘　　要：结合某在建工程外墙裂缝及面砖脱落的实例,根据现场调查、取样检测和专家论证,从设计、材料、施工等方面进行了全面的原因分析,提出了应吸取的教训,提出相应的施工处理意见和建议,采取了相应的改进措施,施工质量得到有效控制。Combining with the example of a constructing engineer exterior wall crack and ceramic tile falling off,and based on the field investigation,sampling inspection and expert argument,the reasons are analyzed from design,material,construction and so on, and the lessons are put forword to be learned. The treatment advices and suggestions are put forward, and the measures are applied, so the construction quality is guaranteed.
