摘　　要：在建筑工程项目安全评价技术体系构建原则的基础上,结合建筑工程项目安全事故致因模型和安全事故控制机制,设计建筑工程项目安全评价技术体系的总体框架,并详细分析项目安全评价技术体系中目标、制度、组织、思想和信息评价这5项重要内容。On the basis of the principles for building safety evaluation system of construction project, combining with the model of construction safety accident causes and the control mechanism for safety accident, this paper designs the overall framework of construction project safety management system, and analyzes the important content of the guarantee system in detail, such as target guarantee, system guarantee, organization guarantee, ideas guarantee and information guarantee.
