高校辅导员开展大学生情商教育的工作方法探析

摘　　要：情商对于大学生的成长成才以及今后的个人发展都是至关重要的。作为大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量和大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,高校辅导员应把握情商对大学生成长成才的作用,加强对大学生进行情商教育,积极探索情商教育模式和方法,通过采取自我情商提升、情商宣传、情商测试、情商征文、活动引领等多种方法开展大学生情商教育,提升他们的情商水平,促进大学生身心和谐发展。EQ is very important for students＂ growth, success, and future personal development. College counselors, as student political and theoretical educators and the guide of student healthy growth, should know the effect of EQ for students＂ growth and success, strengthen student EQ education, and explore education methods and modes. They should carry out student EQ education, raise their EQ level and promote student physical and mental development by various methods as： self EQ raise, EQ propaganda, EQ test, EQ essay writing,and EQ activities.
