摘 要:目的探讨超声弹性成像(UEI)技术对2型糖尿病(T2DM)不同部位动脉血管壁弹性变化的临床意义。方法 132例T2DM患者与78例健康体检者分为两组,分别测量患者与正常对照组颈动脉、桡动脉、股动脉、腘动脉、胫前动脉、足背动脉内中膜厚度,然后应用超声弹性成像技术对上述动脉进行弹性系数比值(B/A值)测量,并对两组资料进行对比研究。结果 T2DM患者B/A值较健康对照组明显增加,几组动脉中B/A值比较:足背动脉>胫前动脉>腘动脉>股动脉>颈动脉>桡动脉。各组之间有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 1超声弹性成像技术能准确、快捷、早期、定量检测出T2DM患者血管壁弹性变化。2T2DM患者全身动脉血管壁弹性下降,其中足背动脉弹性最差,桡动脉弹性最好。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of artery wall elasticity in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients with ul-trasound elasticity imaging(UEI). Methods A total of 132 T2DM patients and 78 normal subjects were studied with UEI. The thickness of ca-rotid artery,radial artery,femoral artery,popliteal artery,anterior tibial artery and dorsal pedal artery were measured and the strain ratio of the blood in the artery to the wall of the artery was calculated with UEI. Results The thickness and strain ratio of the arteries in T2DM patients were significantly higher than those in normal group. The arteries found in descending order of strain ratio were dorsal pedal artery,anterior tibial artery, popliteal artery,femoral artery,carotid artery and radial artery. There was significant difference in the strain ratio among groups( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion ①The early change of the artery wall elasticity in patients with T2DM can be assessed with UEI. ② Wall elasticity of dorsal pedal artery is minimal and wall elasticity of radial artery is maximal in patients with T2DM.
