摘 要:研究了用钛白废酸从赤泥中浸出钪、钒、钛、硅,考察了钛白废酸浓度、反应时间、反应温度、液固体积质量比对各元素浸出率的影响。结果表明:随废酸浓度提高,元素浸出率提高,但溶液过滤性能变差;最佳浸出条件为废酸浓度1.6mol/L,反应时间40min,反应温度80℃,液固体积质量比4.5∶1。最佳条件下,钪、钛、钒、硅浸出率分别为62.12%、50.85%、40.56%和66.46%,溶液过滤性能良好。Leaching of scandium ,titanium ,vanadium and silicium from red mud using titanium w hite waste acid as leaching agent was researched .The effect of titanium white waste acid concentration , reaction time ,reaction temperature ,the ratio between liquid volume and solid mass on leaching of scandium ,titanium ,vanadium and silicium were examined .The results show that the leaching of elements increase with concentration of titanium white waste acid ,but filtering performance of solution goes bad .At the optimal conditions of titanium white waste acid concentration of 1 .6 mol/L ,reaction time of 40 min ,reaction temperature of 80 ℃ ,the ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 4 .5∶1 ,the leaching of scandium ,titanium ,vanadium and silicium are 62 .12% 、50 .85% 、40 .56% and 66 .46% ,respectively .
