摘　　要：目的:为加强急诊医生对急诊就诊患者流向的掌控,提高急诊患者就诊安全,研制急诊患者流向系统的医疗软件。方法:在普通门诊系统的基础功能上,扩充患者列表的分类,增加患者流向的记录、展示和医生交接班等功能,在医院信息系统(HIS)的平台上研制开发能够记录急诊患者就诊流向与就诊行为的信息系统软件。结果:研制开发的急诊患者流向系统能够记录患者在急诊就诊时的流向及全部就诊行为。结论:通过应用急诊患者流向系统,能够实现急诊医生对急诊患者全程就诊状态的掌控,可较为圆满地达到预期目的。Objective： To develop an information system for emergency department in order to strengthen the control of emergency patient flow and improve patient security. Methods： The software which can record the emergency medical treatment seeking behavior of patients was developed on the platform of the hospital information system（HIS） and inherited the Patient Index of HIS. Results： The emergency observation information system has been put into service in clinic applications. It can record the flow and all behavior of emergency patients. Conclusion： The application of emergency patient flow tracking system makes it possible for doctors to control the status of patient attendance. The anticipate purpose was fulfilled fairly well.
