护理质量督导方式对于提高护理质量管理效果的作用分析

摘　　要：目的分析并讨论护理质量督导方式对于提高护理质量管理效果。方法常规督导检查方式与承包督导检查方式相结合,对山东省临沂市人民医院东医疗区临床科室进行护理质量控制,比较督导方式改变前后科室护理质量变化。结果两种督导方式结合后,分级护理、危重患者护理、安全管理、护理文书书写、急救药品物品管理等各项护理质量均有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论常规督导检查方式与承包督导检查方式相结合进行护理质量控制,对提高护理质量管理效果起着重要作用。Objective To analyze and discuss ways to improve the quality of nursing care quality supervision management effectiveness. Methods General supervision and inspection methods and ways of combining contracting supervision and inspection of medical district hospital clinical departments East in nursing quality control department before and after comparison Steering way to change the quality of care changes. Results Two Steering way binding, grading nursing, critical patient care, safety management, nursing writing instruments, emergency medicine, materials management and other quality of care were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Routine supervision and inspection methods and ways of combining supervision and inspection contract for care quality control, to improve the quality of care and effective management plays an important role.
