摘 要:为揭示混凝土梁桥剩余使用寿命的演化规律,在分析混凝土碳化及钢筋腐蚀过程的基础上,研究钢筋腐蚀对梁桥承载能力的影响,考虑钢筋和混凝土协同工作能力的降低,以混凝土梁桥达到承载能力极限作为剩余使用寿命的终结标准,提出了梁桥剩余使用寿命的预测模型。借助随机过程方法,得到混凝土梁桥中钢筋开始腐蚀、锈胀开裂以及达到承载能力极限时的钢筋腐蚀深度与剩余使用寿命之间的关系,并针对不同的使用环境分别建立了剩余使用寿命的表达式。结果表明,混凝土梁桥在使用10.07~10.97年后钢筋开始腐蚀;当钢筋腐蚀深度为0.047mm时,混凝土开裂,导致钢筋腐蚀速度加快;当钢筋腐蚀深度为1.591~1.595mm时,混凝土梁桥达到承载能力极限。To reveal the evolution law of the remaining service life of concrete girder bridge, the influences of the reinforcement corrosion on the bearing capacity of the girder bridge were studied on the basis of analysis of the concrete carbonation and reinforcement corrosion process. The decrease of the co-workability of the reinforcement and concrete after the concrete cracked was considered, the limit state of the bearing capacity that the girder bridge reached was taken as the termination point of the remaining service life and the prediction model for the remaining serv- ice life of the bridge was proposed. By the random process analysis method, the relation between the reinforcement corrosion depth and the remaining service life at the time the reinforcement in the girder bridge started to corrode, the concrete cracked due to the reinforcement corrosion and the bridge reached the limit state of the bearing capacity was obtained and the expressions of the remaining service life for the different service environment were respectively established. The results show that the reinforcement in the concrete girder bridge starts to corrode after the bridge has been in service for 10.07~10.97 years. When the reinforcement corrosion depth is 0. 047 mm, the concrete starts to crack, which consequently causes the reinforcement corrosion rate to accelerate and when the corrosion depth is 1. 591~ 1. 595 mm, the girder bridge will reach the limit state of the hearing capacity.
