社科型智库信息化建设评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：智库信息化是地方社科系统智库转型的关键举措。基于ISM理论,本文构建了"五位一体"的地方社科系统智库信息化综合测评指标体系,创新提出了"智库信息化评估模型——IAEOF模型",从原理、体系、研究方法等方面进行了详细的阐述。指出在智库信息化建设的大环境下,社科系统智库要推动信息化,必须通过专业的信息化人才来推进;智库信息化资源也是影响智库信息化建设水平的中坚力量,智库信息化影响因素解释结构是自上而下的递进关系,反过来也是自下而上的推动关系。Intelligence informatization is a key method in the transformation of local social science think tank.Based on the theory of ISM,this paper constructs a＂Five in One＂system as the comprehensive informational evaluation system of local think tank,proposes IAEOF model innovatively,and explains it in detail in terms of principles,systems,methods,ets.,and then points out that,under the background of informational construction of think tank,intelligence informatization should be promoted by talents for the specialty; the information source of think tank is also a key point which will affect the construction of informational think tank and the interpretative structure of these influential factors presents the top-down relationship or vice verse.
