摘　　要：目的探讨在精神科病房开展优质护理服务的效果。方法选取我院在2010年6月～2013年6月收治的98例精神科患者,随机均分成对照组和观察组。每组49例。对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上予以优质护理服务,对比两组患者的风险事件的发生率。结果经护理后,观察组患者的风险事件的发生率（6.12%）明显低于对照组（14.29%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在精神科病房中开展优质护理服务,可以降低患者复发率,提高家属护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing service in thepsychiatric ward. Method Selected 98 cases of psychiatric patients who were treated from June 2010 to June 2013, randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group of patients were treated with routine care, and the observation group were treated with high quality nursing service on the basis of routine care, and compareed the incidence of risk events in two groups. Result After nursing, the incidence of risk events（6.12%） in observation group was lower than that in control group（14.29%）, and the differences between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion To carry out the quality of nursing service in the psychiatric ward, can decrease the recurrence rate and improve the family nursing satisfaction.
