对优秀护士人员职业养成要素的研究

摘　　要：通过对影响现今护士成为优秀护理工作者的软件和硬件方面的因素对比分析,揭示出软件方面的因素通常是决定现今护士能否成为优秀护理工作者的关键所在。在对优秀护理工作者软件方面的职业养成要任的特别诉求进行分析之后,明确指出当今护士要想成为一名优秀的护理者就应在其职业养成的过程把对"三精"的拥有和确立作为重中之重的任务来对待来完成。Through a comparative analysis on the software and hardware factors affecting the current nurses＇ development toward excellent nursing workers, this paper revealed that the software factors are generally the key to determine whether the current nurses can become excellent nursing workers. After analyzing the special demands of excellent nursing workers for the important task of occupation cultivation on software aspect, this paper clearly pointed out that the current nurses must possess the ＂three types of spirit＂ in their occupation cultivation in order to become excellent nursing workers.
