摘　　要：医学院校的根本任务是培养符合社会需求的医学专业人才,这种专业人才不仅要有精湛的医术,还要有高尚的医德。学生工作者作为大学生思想政治教育的主体,承担着具体的组织、实施和落实任务。The fundamental task of medical universities is to cul-tivate medical talents meeting social requirements. These profes-sional talents should possess both exquisite medical skills and qualified medical ethics. Student workers, as the main imple-menters for the ideological and political education of university students, shoulder the specific task of organization and imple-mentation.
