摘　　要：目前,对农民工培训是国家一项重要的决策,但政府如何高效开展农民工培训成为重大课题。以企业为培训主体开展农民工培训存在众多优点,企业如何更好地去处理农民工的培训问题是当前面临的一个重要课题。为此,本文通过对农民工培训问题的分析,找出不利于企业对农民工进行培训的因素,在此基础上,本文提出了企业对农民工进行培训的途径与对策。希望本研究能为开展我国企业为主体的农民工培训工作提供有价值的参考。At present, the training of migrant workers is an im-portant national policy, but how the government effectively carries out the training of migrant workers has become a major issue. There are many advantages when the training of migrant workers is implemented with the enterprise as the subject, hence, to deal with the problem of how to better train the migrant workers of en-terprises is an important issue. Therefore, in this paper, through the analysis of the training of migrant workers, we find out the disadvantageous factors on training for migrant workers, on this basis, the paper puts forward countermeasures and ways of train-ing for migrant workers. This research can provide valuable ref-erence for the training of migrant workers for enterprises who act as the main body to carry out training.
