摘　　要：随访工作是医院管理中的重要的组成部分。全文对于随访方法、美国德州大学MD安德森癌症中心随访模式以及我国随访工作的现状作了分析,并提出应加强认识、树立随访管理的意识、规范随访行为;加快医院信息化建设步伐,构建患者随访平台,与时俱进,创新随访方式,以提高了随访水平和随访率。Follow-up work is an important component of hospital management. In this paper, we analyze follow-up methods, fol-low- up models in United States University of Texas MD Ander-son Cancer Center and the current situation of follow-up work, and put emphasis on strengthening the awareness and establish-ing follow-up management, standardizing follow-up;accelerating the pace of hospital informationization construction, building platform for patient follow-up, and innovating the follow-up methods, in order to improve the level of follow-up.
