探讨警察体育训练对学生心理健康水平的影响研究

摘　　要：警察体育源自军事体育而又独立于军事体育的新兴学科。警察学生作为警察和大学生双重身份的特殊群体,在未来的岗位上承担着更多不可预测的突发问题,而拥有较高的心理健康水平是胜任警察职业的基本能力。通过对我校警察专业学生进行为期两年半的跟踪调查,从《心理健康症状自评量表》和《影响心理健康的相关性因素》问卷分析中,来揭示警察专业学生心理发展规律,以及警察体育对学生心理健康水平的影响相关性。Police sports is a discipline originating from, but independent of military sports. Police students, as a special group with dual identification of policeman and university student, are faced with more unexpected emergencies in their future occupations, so they should have excellent psychological health in order to be qualified as policemen or policewomen. Through a two and a half years＇ tracking survey on the police major students from our college, based on the questionnaire analysis of ＂Mental Health Symptom Checklist＂ and ＂Correlation Factors Influencing Mental Health＂, this paper reveals the psychological development rules of police major students, as well as the influence of police sports on students＇ psychological health.
