摘　　要：随着竞争的日趋激烈,港口企业逐渐认识到进行合作的重要性和必要性,在竞合的过程中实现互赢,港口战略联盟就是在这种背景下发生的。本文介绍了港口战略联盟的概念、内容以及部分已经开始探索港口联盟的浙江港口企业的发展现状,并介绍港口战略联盟的主要联盟方式——横向战略联盟和纵向战略联盟,结合浙江港口实际状况,探求其中所存在的问题,并针对其提出了一些较具体的解决方案,以供浙江港口企业参考。With the competition becoming increasingly fierce, port enterprises have gradually realized the importance and necessity of cooperation, and they mutually benefit from the competition and cooperation, so port strategic alliance emerges in the background. This paper introduced the definition and content of port strategic alliance, as well as the development situation of some Zhejiang port enterprises which have already started exploring port alliance, and also introduced the main ways of alliance—transverse strategic alliance and longitudinal strategic alliance.Combined with the practical situation of Zhejiang port, this paper explored the existing problems and provided some specific solutions for Zhejiang port enterprises.
