摘　　要：桥本氏甲状腺炎(HT)发病率高,病情易反复,部分患者可发生终身性甲减。笔者从中医络病角度出发治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎,即应用健脾祛痰通瘿络方法治疗本病,取得较好疗效,用1例验案详细说明辨证用药。Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis has high incidence, it can occur in patients with hypothyroidis. The author discusses the treatment of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis from the perspective of Chinese medicine, appling the spleen expectoranting gall collaterals to treat the disease and obtain good curative effect.
