摘 要:为探明养猪场发酵床垫料施用对茶树生长的影响,开展田间试验,研究在基肥施用发酵床垫料0、20、40 t/hm2处理下,春季追施氮肥0、67.5、135.0 kg/hm2对茶树光合特性与茶叶产量的影响。结果表明,施用发酵床垫料处理在一定程度上提高茶树叶绿素含量和茶树净光合速率,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。追施氮肥显著提高茶树叶绿素含量和茶树净光合速率(P<0.05),提高幅度随着氮肥施用量的增加而增加。发酵床垫料的施用、春茶追施氮肥显著提高茶叶产量(P<0.05),而发酵床垫料与氮肥配施之间的交互作用对茶叶产量的影响不显著(P>0.05)。综合各处理,以中量发酵床垫料配施常规施用量的氮肥处理(T5)茶树叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率和茶叶产量最高,适宜茶园施用。In order to understand the effects of pig bio-bed litters on the tea tree growth,a field experiment was carried out in a farm to measure the effects of pig bio- bed litters and nitrogen fertilizer on tea plant photosynthetic characteristics and yield.Pig bio-bed litters had three levels:0,20,40 t/hm2,and nitrogen fertilizer also included three levels:0,67.5,135.0 kg/hm2,the two factors(pig bio-bed litters and nitrogen fertilizer) were combined freely.The results showed that the application of pig bio-bed litters improved the tea tree net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content,but there were no significantly differences(P〉0.05);the application of nitrogen fertilizer significantly increased tea plant chlorophyll content and the net photosynthetic rate(P〈0.05),the increase rate increased with the increasing of the application rate of nitrogen fertilizer.The application of pig bio-bed litters and nitrogen fertilizer were significantly increased the tea yield(P〈0.05).However,the interaction of pig bio-bed litters and nitrogen fertilizer was no significantly influenced of the tea yield(P〉0.05).Comprehensive all treaments,the leaf chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and tea yield were highest by application of medium pig bio-bed litters with the conventional nitrogen treatment(T5),it was indicated the treatment T5 was suitable for tea garden.
