摘　　要：目的:总结腰大池置管持续外引流结合鞘内注药治疗颅内感染的护理经验。方法:回顾分析40例腰大池置管持续外引流结合鞘内注药治疗颅内感染患者的治疗和护理资料。结果:36例治愈出院,4例自动出院。结论:做好腰大池引流管的护理,加强鞘内注药后的病情观察和护理,做好对症支持和基础护理可提高疗效,促进此类患者的治愈。Objective： This paper summarizes the experience of nursing for using lumbar continuous drainage of fluid combined with intrathecal injection to cure intracranial infection. Methods： A total of 40 patients with intracranial infection who received the treatment of lumbar continuous drainage of fluid combined with Intrathecal injection. Their treatment and nursing data were are analyzed retrospectively. Results： 36 patients were successfully cured and discharged, 4 patients were automatically discharged. Conclusion： Well accomplishing nursing of lumbar continuous drainage of fluid, supporting treatment, basic nursing and enhancing disease observation and nursing after intrathecal injection can improve curative effect and promote healing of this kind of patients.
