摘  要:特高压变电站三次侧无功补偿专用断路器动作次数多、关合涌流高、开断电流大,若发生重击穿将破坏设备绝缘及引发事故扩大的可能。由于特高压工程对专用断路器的技术参数要求高于相关标准,现场运行的投切电容器组断路器未进行满足特高压工程要求的电寿命试验。为了保证特高压工程可靠运行,亟需验证专用开关的电寿命。该项目分析了专用断路器运行工况,进行了电寿命试验回路参数的计算、仿真、建设、调试,并完成了3个不同型号产品的电寿命试验。试验验证了运行中专用断路器的实际电寿命,为现场运行提供了试验参考。通过该次试验还发现了影响专用断路器电寿命性能的诸多因素,为现有专用断路器完善和后续更高电寿命断路器研制提供了工作方向。Dedicated circuit breakers used for switching capacitor banks of UHVAC substation should switch frequently, with high inrush current and breaking current. It may damage insulation of the equipment and cause accident expansion when restrikes happen. Parameters of the dedicated circuit breakers are higher than the requirement of related standards, so extended electrical endurance tests should not be carried out. But performance of the dedicated circuit breakers should be verified for reliable operation of UHVAC grid. The calculation, simulation, construction and commissioning are carried out based on operation condition analysis of dedicated circuit breakers, and extended endurance test of three type of circuit breakers, which provide reference for grid operation. Many factors influencing the endurance test of dedicated circuit breakers have been found through the test, which will benefit improvement and development of new dedicated circuit breakers.
