摘  要:电压互感器(PT)二次侧接线极性正确与否关系到继电保护装置能否正确动作,关系到整个电力系统的稳定运行。为适应智能电网的建设要求,研制电压互感器二次侧极性智能测试装置显得十分必要。传统的通正弦交流电压的方法,微处理器采样时,需要分析一次、二次电压的相位,且存在时钟同步、数据量处理较大等问题。笔者提出了一种新的PT极性判别方法,该方法在互感器一次侧施加脉冲电压,根据二次侧感应电压波形来检测二次侧接线正确性。Whether the secondary side wiring polarity of potential transformer (PT) is correct or not is related to the correct operation of protection devices, and affect the operation stability of the entire power system. To meet the requirements of the smart grid construction, it is very necessary to develop the intelligent secondary side wiring polarity testing device of potential transformer. The traditional method of sinusoidal AC voltage, needs to analyze the primary and secondary voltage phase when microprocessor sampling. What's more, the clock synchronization issues also exist and microprocessor needs to process a large amount of data. In this paper, we bring forward a new method: according to the secondary induced voltage waveforms to detect the secondary side wiring by applying pulse voltage transformer primary side.
