气体分解产物和局部放电测试技术在SF_6电气设备状态诊断中的应用

摘　　要：主要介绍了SF6气体分解产物、局部放电测试这2种检测技术在SF6电气设备状态诊断中的几起成功应用的案例。这些案例各有特点:SF6气体分解产物异常但不存在局部放电信号;SF6气体分解产物正常但存在局部放电信号;SF6气体分解产物异常且存在局部放电信号;SF6气体分解产物异常但无法采用局部放电测试技术进行检测。通过解体,均验证了设备存在缺陷。因此,SF6气体分解产物、局部放电测试技术在SF6电气设备潜伏性故障诊断方面具有广阔的应用前景。Several successful applications of the （PD）detection technology in the state diagnosis decomposition products detection（DPD）and partial discharge of SF6 electrical equipment are discussed. These cases have different features, such as （1）SF6 DPD result is abnormal but PD signal is absent; （2）SF6 DPD result is normal but PD signal exists; （3）SF6 DPD result is abnormal and PD signal exists; and （4）SFs DPD result is abnormal but PD detection technology cannot be used. Equipment defects have been verified through disintegration. These cases demonstrate that SF6 DPD and PD detection technology possess expectable application prospect in the latent fault diagnosis of SF6 electrical equipment.
