摘 要:采用粉末冶金技术和高温固相烧结方法制备了1%TiO2掺杂的17Ni/(10NiO-NiFe2O4)金属陶瓷材料,用X射线衍射仪分析了物相组成,用扫描电镜观察了微观组织,主要研究了TiO2对材料致密度和抗高温氧化性的影响。结果表明,1%的TiO2加入到材料后,未改变材料本身的结构,反而有利于降低材料内部颗粒的扩散激活能,使得扩散增快,提高材料的致密度,降低气孔率,使晶粒间的结合更紧密;此外,1%的TiO2还能提高材料的抗高温氧化性,氧化增重量在未掺杂材料的基础上降低了37.5%,约为15 mg/cm2;材料经960℃氧化12 h后,氧化表面平整,氧化物颗粒结合紧密,且颗粒尺寸大小均一。Powder metallurgy technology and high temperature solid phase sintering method were used to prepare 17Ni/(10NiO-NiFe2 O 4 )cermet doped 1% TiO 2 .The phase composition was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscope.The influence of 1% TiO 2 to density and the high temperature oxidation resistance were studied mainly.The results reveal that TiO 2 does not change the structure of cermet.It was helpful to reduce activation energy of diffusion of molecule and accelerates diffusion. Moreover,it improves density which makes granular combine closely.In addition,it also can improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of cermet.After oxidation of 12 h at 960 ℃,the surface of cermet was flat,the oxide particles combine closely and particle size uniform.The increased weight after oxidation was 15 mg/cm2 which was 62.5% of undoped cermet.
