摘　　要：为提高大断面煤巷的掘进效果,对EBZ315型掘进机及配套机载锚杆钻机进行井下工业性试验,具体包括泵站和截割电动机的运行工况、液压和水路系统的相关测试,耙爪和刮板输送机相关测试,行走机构压力测试,最大牵引力和锚杆钻机锚护速度测定。试验结果表明,EBZ315型大断面煤巷掘进机及配套机载锚杆钻机在井下工业性试验期间运行稳定可靠,在可靠性和维护性等方面都达到了设计要求,满足了特厚煤层大采高综放工作面开采的需求。In order to improve the excavation effect of large section tunnel, makes the industrial test of EBZ315 roadheader and the matching roof bolt drilling machine. It includes the operation condition of pump station and cutting motor, related tests of hydraulic and water system, claws and scraper conveyor, the pressure tests of walking mechanism, max haulage power and speed of roof bolt drilling machine. The test result shows that the EBZ315 large section excavation equipment and its matching roof bolt drilling machine operates stable during the industrial test. The structure, strength, reliability and the maintenance all meet the design requirements, which safisfies the demand of super thick seam at fully mechanized mining.
