摘　　要：以松皮、食用菌渣和木屑为主要成份,添加0.02%的RM菌组和适量尿素进行混合发酵后制成杉木育苗轻基质。种子经25-28℃恒温催芽后播种。苗期注意防范立枯病、炭疽病和地老虎、稻飞虱等病虫害。苗木培育满10个月,地径≥0.3 cm、苗高≥20 cm,且充分木质化、无损伤和无病虫害,即可出圃上山造林。Using pine barks,edible fungus residues and bits of wood as the main components,the light medium of Cunninghamia lanceolata was made by adding 0.02% RM bacteria group and moderate carbamide.The seeds were sowed after the constant treatment at the temperature of 25℃ to 28℃.During the seedling stage,some plant diseases and insect pests should be prevented,for example drooping disease,anthracnosis,cutworm and rice planthopper.By cultivating for 10 months,the seedling could be removed for forestation from the garden with ground diameter≥0.3 cm,seedling height ≥20cm,which was also hard-wood,no damnification,and no plant diseases and insect pests.
