摘 要:采用高分子网络凝胶法合成Tb3+掺杂YPO4样品,利用XRD、TEM和荧光光谱对合成产物的晶体结构、颗粒尺寸、形貌及荧光性能进行研究,并对Tb3+掺杂浓度、反应体系pH和反应物中稀土与磷的摩尔比对产物的物相结构与荧光性能的影响进行研究。结果表明,采用高分子网络凝胶法合成的YPO4∶Tb3+样品为具有四方晶系磷钇矿结构的单一相YPO4晶体,颗粒尺寸约6~10nm。Tb3+掺杂YPO4样品可被222nm光激发而表现出很强的547nm绿光发射;当Tb3+掺杂浓度高于6%时样品呈现出浓度猝灭现象。反应物中Y+Tb与P的摩尔比直接影响着产物的物相结构与荧光性能;反应体系pH在实验范围内虽对产物的物相结构无显著影响,但对产物的荧光性能有影响。当Y+Tb与P的摩尔比为1∶1且pH为6时,可获得具有高荧光强度的产物。Tb3+ doped YPO4 samples were successfully synthesized with a polyacrylamide gel method. The crystal structure, particle size,morphology and luminescence properties of the as-synthesized samples were investigated by XRD,TEM and PL. The effects of Tb3+ doping concentration,the precursor solution pH and the molar ratio between RE (RE=Y and Tb) and P on the phase structure and luminescence properties of the products were investigated. The results show that the single-phase tetragonal YPO4 : Tb3+ crystal with particle size of about 6- 10 nm can be obtained with polyacrylamide gel method. The photoluminescence spectra of Tb3+ doped YPO4 samples show a characteristic green luminescence of Th3+ under 222 nm UV light excitation. Furthermore,the concentration quenching is observed when the Tb3+ doping concentration is over 60% ,indicating that the n(Y+Tb)/n(P) has a significant influence on the phase structure and luminescence properties of the samples, while precursor solution pH only affects their luminescence properties. Under the conditions of n(Y+Tb)/n(P)=l : 1 and pH=6,the products of high luminescence intensity can be obtained.
