摘  要:采用Gleeble—3500型热模拟机及EBSD等分析方法,研究TA15钛合金在热压缩变形过程中的织构演化。结果表明,在热压缩塑性变形过程中,随着应变速率的增加,合金中初生α相的晶粒形态和取向均发生了明显的变化,晶粒垂直于压缩方向由等轴状被拉长为长条状,晶粒内部首先出现取向渐变区,继而滑移变形到一定程度后发生塑性变形。同时,随着应变速率的增加,α相的织构强度呈减弱趋势,且织构组分由112-{0}〈112-0〉不断转变为较为稳定的{0001}〈112-6〉。Texture evolution of TA15 titanium alloy during thermal compression deformation was studied by Gleeble--3500 thermal simulation machine and EBSD. The results show that there are significant changes in morphology and orientation of the primary a phase with increased strain rate during deformation: the equal axis shape of the grain is elongated to long strip shape in the direction perpendicular to the compression direction, orientation change region firstly forms in the grain, and then slip deformation occurs to some extent resulting in plastic deformation. At the same time, the strength of a phase texture weakens with increased strain rate, and the texture component is continually transformed from {1120}(1120) to {0001 } (1126).
