基于V C＋＋的S MT自动贴片机控制系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：采用 Window操作系统,基于 VC＋＋6．0开发平台和结合串口通信、数据库技术等,设计了一个 SMT自动贴片机控制系统.该系统直接采用普通计算机作为上位机,EPSON的 RC90控制器作为下位机,通过 RS-232串口实现实时通信,完成整个SMT自动贴片机的控制.现将该系统分为若干模块,分别介绍各个模块的功能,设计方法以及编程要点.经过试验测试,该贴片机功能完善,运行稳定,可视性强.The Windows operating system,based on VC＋＋6.0 development platform and combined with a serial port communication,database technology,etc.,designed a automatic SMT placement machine control system.The system using common computer as the upper machine directly,EPSON RC90 controller as lower machine,through the RS - 232 serial port to realize real-time communication,complete the entire automatic SMT placement machine＇s control.The system is divided into several modules,this paper introduces the function of each module respectively,design method and main points of programming.Through the test,the system function is perfect,stable operation and strong visibility.
