摘 要:为实现高性能混凝土的质量优选,根据CECS 207—2006《高性能混凝土应用技术规程》、GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》、GBJ 146—90《粉煤灰混凝土应用技术规范》以及JGJ/T 281—2012《高强混凝土应用技术规程》选择出矿物微粉含量、高效减水剂减水率、粗骨料最大粒径、有效碱含量、水胶比、砂率、56 d电通量、混凝土配制强度、坍落度9个指标作为高性能混凝土质量评价的标准。基于灰色关联法提出高性能混凝土质量优选的方法,与此同时引入熵值法确定出各项指标的权重,提高了评价的可信度。通过对关联系数的计算,可以排列出混凝土的质量优劣,从而选择出最优质的混凝土,最后以实例检验了该评价方法的可行性。In order to achieve the quality optimization of high performance concrete, according to the Technical Specification for Application of High Performance Concrete, Code for Design of Concrete Structures ,Technology Specifications for Application of Fly Ash Concrete and Technical Specification for High Strength Concrete, nine indexes which are the indicators for quality evaluation have been chosen,including mineral powder content,high efficiency water reducing agent water reducing rate,coarse aggregate maximum particle size, effective alkali content, water-binder ratio, sand percentage, electric flux, configuration of concrete strength, slump. Based on the grey relation, the method of high performance concrete quality optimization has been raised, meanwhile, the application of entropy method to determine the weights of the indicators has improved credibility of the evaluation. The quality of the concrete can be ranked, which is based on the calculation for relational coefficient, and then choose the optimal quality of the concrete, finally, the feasibility of the evaluation method are verified with an example.
