摘　　要：生态文明强调人际和谐、环境友好;在推进全社会生态文明建设中,高校在引领生态文化、传播科技思想、开创文明新风等方面要起到基石作用,就必须重点打造校园良好育人环境、突出师生关系和谐,而和谐高校应该是一种以内和外顺、协调发展为核心的素质教育特质。高校和谐,须"经营人心",营造宽松的育人环境,在办学理念、育人目标上,要讲究人心经营之道,以此来赢得人心、凝聚人心,促进高校融洽与和谐,营造良好的"中国梦"之教师育才梦和学生成才梦的高校人文环境,从而推动高校文明健康发展。Ecological civilization emphasizes on interpersonal harmony and friendly environment. In promoting the construction of ecological civilization in the whole society, colleges and universities should lead the ecological culture, the dissemination of science and technology thought, and must focus on building good campus educational environment, highlighting the harmonious relations between teachers and students, and harmonious universities should take the within and outside coordinated development as the core of quality education. In order to have harmonious colleges, it is expected to build the educational environment, loose on the educational philosophy and educational target, thus promote the healthy development of civilization in colleges and universities.
