摘　　要：目的观察JWX-Ⅳ型蚊帐浸泡剂浸泡蚊帐实验室对淡色库蚊的灭效。方法将药帐洗涤0、5、10、15、20次后,分别用强迫接触试验和通道试验测定药效,并用反相高效液相色谱外标法测定中药帐中顺式氯氰菊酯含量。结果药帐洗涤20次时,强迫接触试验对淡色库蚊60 min击倒率和24 h死亡率均在80%以上;通道试验对淡色库蚊阻碍吸血率和24 h死亡率分别为80.67%、85.67%;药物含量测定下降率为15.61%。结论该制剂浸泡蚊帐洗涤20次时对淡色库蚊仍有较好灭效,符合WHO长效药帐的要求。Objective To observe the effect of fabrics treated with long acting reagent of JWX - Ⅳ on killing Culex pipiens pallen~ in laboratory. Methods The mosquito killing effect was observed after JWX - Ⅳ treated fabrics were washed with water. The contents of alphamethrin in fabrics were measured with the method of reversed phase HPLC. Results When the fabrics were washed 20 times, the knock down rate 60 min and the mortality of 24 h of the fabric against Culex pipiens pallens were more than 80%, and the insecticide in the fabrics decreased by 15.61%. Conclusion The fabrics treated with this reagent （JWX - Ⅳ ） hold good effect in mosquito control after being washed 20 times, and meet the demand of WHO.
