右旋苯醚菊酯对蜱的防治效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究右旋苯醚菊酯对蜱的防护效果。方法直接接触和现场实验。结果日本血蜱和波斯锐缘蜱接触被0.9%右旋苯醚菊酯处理的白布5 min,死亡率达100%,草原革蜱接触7 min,死亡率达100%,卵形硬皮和残缘璃眼蜱接触9 min,死亡率达100%。右旋苯醚菊酯处理的白布保存1个月,5种蜱接触1 min,24 h死亡率为100%;保存2个月,5种蜱接触1 min,波斯锐缘蜱24 h死亡率为100%,其他蜱的死亡率为73.3%-86.7%。着喷洒0.9%右旋苯醚菊酯杀虫剂的服装在蜱密度较高的草地连续行走3 h,身上未染蜱。结论右旋苯醚菊酯对蜱有很好的防护效果。Objective To study the control effect of d-phenothrin against ticks. Methods Direct touch and field test. Results The mortality of tl. japonica and A. persicus reached 100% after touching the treated white cloth with 0. 9% d-phenothrin within 5 min,that of D. nuttalli was 100% after touching the cloth within 7 min,that of I. ovatus and H. detritum reached 100% after touching the cloth within 9 rain. When the treated white cloth had been preserved for one month,the mortality of 5 species of ticks were 100% within 24 h after touching it in 1 min. When the cloth had been preserved for two months, after the 5 species touched it in 1 min,the mortality of A. persicus was 100% within 24 h, the mortality of other 4 species of ticks were between 73.3% - 86. 7% within 24 h after touching the cloth in 1 rain. The testers were not infected with ticks after walking for 3 h on the grassland with high density of ticks in clothing 0. 9% d-phenothrin sprayed upon. Conclusion D-phenothrin hold good control effect against ticks.
