摘 要:医疗质量管理是医疗活动的精髓与核心,是医院生存和发展的关键。医疗质量问题是卫生行政主管部门、医疗保险机构、医院、医务人员、患者以及人民群众都十分关注的涉及个体生命和生命质量的大问题。但是国内医疗质量管理较美国等发达国家起步晚,许多方面存在差距。本文试从医疗质量管理体制、评价指标、信息化三个方面分析探讨中美医疗质量管理的现状及差异化,为我国医疗质量管理的持续改进提供有益的借鉴与指导。Medical quality management is the essence and core of medical activities. It is the key factor in the development of the hospital. Medical quality problem is a big one related to the quality of life, which draws close attention of health administrative departments, health insurance agencies, hospitals, medical staff, and patients. But the medical quality management of China started later than that of the United States and other developed countries. There are gaps in many ways. This paper tries to explore the current situation of Sino-US medical quality management and the difference of medical quality management from the views of management system, evaluation system, and information technology, to provide useful lessons and guidance for continuous improvement of healthcare quality management.
