摘　　要：政府在医疗纠纷预防与处置中的诸多环节，通过完善立法；加强监管；深化医药卫生体制改革；防止国有资产流失；维护正常医疗秩序；引导舆论监督；加大法律知识、医学常识的宣传教育力度等措施，承担起自身的职责，发挥积极主动的作用。The government has many aspects in medical dispute prevention and disposal, such as improving the legislation, strengthening the supervision; deepening reform of the medical and health system, preventing the loss of state-owned assets, maintaining normal medical order, guiding the supervision by public opinion, intensifying propaganda, education of legal and medical knowledge, to undertake their own responsibilities and play an active role.
