摘　　要：通过介绍原发性肺癌单病种质量管理与评价方法的具体实践，探讨单病种质量控制指标、质量评价指标的数据源的采集、统计和反馈流程。在总结分析医院单病种医疗质量管理需求，对医院临床质量监测系统、电子病历系统、手术麻醉管理系统、病案管理系统中的数据进行梳理、挖掘、补充完善，构建了一套基于电子病历系统的具有实时监测和预警功能的单病种医疗质量监控体系。单病种质量管理能够改善医疗质量，提高医疗质量控制效率，并对临床医疗和质量控制具有现实指导作用。This paper introduce concrete practice of the management and evaluation for the lung cancer single disease medical quality, to approach the flow-sheet for data pool collection, statistics and feed back of single disease quality control index, quality evaluation index. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the demand of single disease medical quality, must be preening and excavating numerical data on the clinical quality monitoring system, the electronic clinical record system, the operation narcotization management system, the medical record management system. These measures help build a single disease medical quality surveillance system which is based on the electronic medical record system, with such functions as real-time monitoring and pre-waming. The electronic medical record system can improve quality of medical care, make it efficient and guide clinical care and quality control as well.
