摘 要:目的护士长目标管理量化考核是对护士长全年工作绩效的综合评价考评方法。自2011年以来,兰大二院护理部对全院60个护理单元的74名护士长实行目标管理量化考核,收到了较好的效果。方法分析我院的量化指标存在问题,全面检索三大中文数据库,按照纳入排除标准筛选进行研究。结果我院护士长目标管理量化考核也存在考核主体不全面,考核指标不完善,考核方式单一化等问题,共有7篇研究被纳入。结论护士长目标管理被证明是一种有效考核护士长工作绩效的管理办法,本研究基于相关研究证据,提高护理工作质量的管理评价体系,讨论了提高护士长管理评价体系的策略。Purpose The purpose of the qualitative assessment criteria of head nurses is to comprehensively evaluate their work performance annually. Since 2011, our hospital applied these assessment criteria and seventy-four head nurses in sixty nursing units of our hospital were assessed in terms of their performance, which has received satisfied results. Method The barriers existed in the head nurse qualitative assessment criteria in our hospital were analyzed, and relative research data from three main Chinese databases were systematically searched and the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the study were made. Results There were also some issues happened during the whole process: main assessment body and assessment indexes were not com- prehensive, assessment methods were too simplified. Totally 7 studies were included. Conclusion Head nurse management by objective quantitative assessment proved to be an effective job performance assessment, based on the relevant research evidence and existing problems, this study discussed the evaluation system to improve the head nurse management strategy.
