摘　　要：通过深入开展优质护理服务，落实和规范护理风险管理制度，有效的优质护理服务质量评价，患者满意度提高，护理纠纷、护理不良事件大大降低，患者真正得到实惠，护士价值得到体现。护士工作的积极性提高，护理质量显著提高。病人满意、社会满意、护士满意，提高了社会效益和经济效益。Through in-depth to carry out the quality of nursing service, implement and standardize the nursing risk management system, to carry out the quality of nursing service evaluation.
