摘　　要：伴随养老问题的日益严峻,老年人的临终关怀逐渐得到重视。本文综述目前社区临终关怀服务的开展,包括现状、概念、作用、服务内容、不足之处以及建议对策,以期为提高患者临终生命质量,减轻身心痛苦提供科学的护理。With the elderly problem increasing the attention to the elderly hospice care has been paid gradually. The development of the community hospice care service in recent years including the situation, concepts, roles, service contents, inadequacies and recommendations was reviewed in order to improve the life quality when people die, relieve the physical and mental suffering, and provide the reasonable nursing.
