摘　　要：目的：调查联华村农村妇女性乳房自我检查现状。方法：自行设计问卷，调查20~74岁501名农村妇女。结果：38.12%的妇女做过乳房自查，其中9.98%的妇女能做到每月自查。不做乳房检查的主要原因是不知道怎么做和不知道需要做。结论：联华村农村妇女乳房自查意识较低，需加强健康教育。Objective：To investigate the current situation of the breast self-examination of the rural women in Lianhua Village. Methods：The questionnaire was self-designed to survey 501 rural women aged from 20 to 74 years old. Results：38.12%of the women did the breast self-examination, of whom only 9.98%of them could do it monthly. The main reason for not doing the breast examination was that they didn’t know how to do and what needs to be done. Conclusion：The awareness of the breast self-examination of the women in Luanhua Village is low and the health education needs to be strengthened.
