摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对梅花桩武功的传统文化内涵:图谱、文理和架子进行研究,以及其求"一"的训练方法,以期对梅花桩能有更全面的认识.This traditional culture connotation of plum flower boxing,atlas,boxing theory and basic skill are researched using the methods of literature,logical analysis,the training method named pursue“one”is olso given,which can give a more comprehensive understanding on the plum flower boxing.
