摘　　要：根据医院肾病科的需求,设计并实现基于B/S三层体系结构的慢性肾脏病分期及短信提醒系统。该系统对慢性肾脏病患者按肾小球滤过率(GFR)进行分级管理,以发送手机短信的方式,为不同级别患者发送相应的治疗和护理等指导信息,帮助患者更好地控制和治疗疾病。本文从系统需求分析、体系架构、系统业务流程、数据库的设计及系统实现中的关键技术等方面介绍慢性肾脏病分期及短信提醒系统的设计与实现。目前,系统正在试运行阶段,如果使用效果良好,可以推广到其他慢性病的防治中去,意义重大。This paper introduced the design and implementation of chronic kidney disease stage and short message notification system based on B/S three layer architecture according to the requirements of hospital department of nephropathy requirements. The system manages patient information of chronic kidney disease according to glomerular filtration rate （ GFR） , sends treatment and nursing guidance information by a mobile phone text messages according to the different levels of patients to help patients bet -ter control and treatment of the disease.The system design and implementation of chronic kidney disease and SMS alerts are intro -duced from the system requirements analysis, system design and to system architecture,business processes, database implemen-tation of key technology and so on.At present, the system is in the stage of trial operation .If it gets good effect,the system can be extended to other chronic disease prevention and control , which is of great significance.
