摘　　要：安庆石化炼化一体化项目主要装置之一200万吨/年重油催化裂化装置投产后,初期的各项生产指标不尽理想,未达到设计要求。针对运行中出现的问题,进行了全面详细的技术分析,最终找到症结所在。采取相应的优化措施,产生了良好效果和巨大的经济效益,同时验证技术分析的正确性。One of the main plant in Anqing petrochemical refinery integration project of 2000000 tons of heavy oil catalytic cracking unit is put into production, the production index for early is not good, does not meet the design requirements. According to the problems in operation, analyzes the detailed technical, finally find the crux of the problem, take corresponding measures, produced a good effect and economic benefit, and verify the correctness of technical analysis.
