海水西调，筑海湖和海城——地学家之远见

摘　　要：取之不尽，用之不竭的勃海海水，经人工渠道和大型管道，串连西调，灌输西部大大小小荒漠中的干盐湖、咸水湖、干枯盆地——筑华夏五大内海湖，及深思熟虑、长远规划的众多大中小海城；黄土高原多如牛毛大中小的沟壑，筑起百万淤地坝；昭然若揭，夸世纪工程可减免危害华夏大地二百多万年来的沙尘暴（盐碱尘暴）、抗旱、防涝，改变华夏人口不合理和大西北生态格局；促进西部经济的持久发展，造福千秋万代。Inexhaustible Bohai sea water, artificial channels and large pipes, ＂candied fruit-string＂ Western China tune one after another, large and small, to instill the western desert of dry salt lakes, lagoons, dry basin; Loess Plateau plethora of large and small ravines, build a million silt dam; Glaringly obvious, Boast above a Century, the works can be reduced harm China more than two hundred million years of the earth＇s dust storms （saline dust storms）, drought, waterlogging, northwest ecological pattems change; promote the economy of the west of sustainable development for the benefit of future generations.
